Cafés are the center of social activity on Hydra and provide prime people-watching venus. Generally located along Hydra Harbor, and open from the early morning until after midnight, they serve all varieties of coffee—filtered, Nescafé, cappuccino, latté, frappé, you name it—as well as beer, wine, and cocktails.
