This traditional stone mansion nestled into a hill above Kamini offers a private pool, a shady garden, and stunning panoramic inland and sea views from multiple terraces and balconies, while maintaining absolute privacy. A gentle ten-minute walk from both Hydra Town and Kamini Harbor, Cypress Villa provides convenient access to beaches and a variety of shops and restaurants.

Guests enter the villa through a private, multiterraced garden that leads up to a private swimming pool with a large covered dining area shaded by flowering bouganvillias and climbing ivy. Inside, the ground floor has a sitting area with a fireplace, television, and video player. Winding stairs lead up to a cozy alcove with a double bed.

On the third level are a fully equipped, open-plan kitchen (oven, grill, microwave, four-ring stove, washing machine, freezer, fridge), an adjoining dining area (which seats eight), a second living area, the master bedroom with a king-size bed, and a second bedroom with two twin beds. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with full-length tubs and showers.

Private stairs lead down to the pool from the master bedroom, which also has a private balcony and double doors opening onto a sea view from the bed.

Conditions: A 20 percent deposit is required to secure the booking, with the balance due four weeks before arrival. A €500 security deposit will be held by the housekeeper to cover any accidental damage.
