Overlooking Kamini village with a gorgeous sea view from the upper terrace, this spacious, two-floor home is divided into two intercommunicating parts. Very close to a supermarket, tavernas, and Kamini’s harbor, the house sleeps a maximum of six people. The setup is ideal for couples/families traveling together yet desiring some extra privacy in their accommodation.
The first part, located on the ground and upper floors, has a kitchen/dining room and a sitting room with sofas. Behind the kitchen is a covered courtyard. A staircase from the kitchen leads to a very spacious bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom provides access to a large semi-covered terrace with two marble dining tables. You can also access the terrace from the external staircase from the front inner courtyard.
The second part, located on the ground floor, has two twin bedrooms, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table.
All courtyards and the terrace are semi-covered with awnings and provided with lounge chairs. The entire house is fully air-conditioned and has wireless Internet; there are televisions in two bedrooms and in the sitting room, as well as a DVD player, radios, and CD players.
The house manager will meet guests in the harbor, show them around the house, and introduce them to the housekeeper, who will come once a week to clean the house and change bed linen. Any extra cleaning costs an additional €10 per hour.
If desired, the manager will also arrange for donkeys to carry guests’ luggage to the house. Guest are responsible for the fee of €15 per donkey (each can carry two suitcases).
Conditions: A nonrefundable 50 percent deposit is required to secure the booking, with the balance of payment due no later than four weeks prior to arrival.
A security deposit of €400 is due on guests’ arrival. This deposit will be returned at the end of the tenancy period, after the house manager has verified that there has been no damage. Part or all of the deposit may be withheld by the owner in the event of any damage.
