Located behind the picturesque harbor of Kamini (5 min from the main harbor of Hydra by water taxi or a 15–20 min walk along a very nice coastal path), the house is an 18th-century stone house nestled into a very peaceful part of Kamini in front of a small pine forest. The house can be reached without having to climb steps and is next to the sea (less than 150 m from Kamini harbor). It is very close to several taverns and small grocery shops and is 5 min walk from the beach of Kamini.

The house includes a paved courtyard from which you can access three bedrooms, one bathroom, and a separate WC. Six persons can comfortably sleep (one double room, one room with two separate beds and a bed for a child, a room with two beds). A bed for babies is also available. The thick walls keep the house cool even in the summer. Stairs from the courtyard lead to a large terrace with a beautiful view of the pine trees and the sea and to a large traditional kitchen/dining area. The terrace has a large round table and chairs to relax and enjoy the view.

The house has been recently renovated.
