Located above Kamini Harbor with a gentle climb, this cozy, nineteenth-century 50 m2 (540 sq. ft.) cottage with breath-taking views of the Saronic Gulf and Kamini Valley sleeps 2 in a loft-style queen-size bed. The open-plan living/dining/kitchen area features a full couch and chair, table for three, and fully equipped, traditional Greek cooking area (see photos). The private, often breezy terrace, with its handmade wooden love seat and gorgeous sea views, acts as a whole other room. There is a compact, full bath, air conditioning in the bedroom, free Wi-Fi, and phone for local calls. Castello (Kamini) Beach is steps away, as are three tavernas, two restaurants, and a shop for basic groceries and supplies. Just 12 to 15 minutes from Hydra Harbor along the coast road, 5 minutes by water taxi, Kamini Seaview Cottage is nestled into a quiet, sleepy fishing village, away from it all, even the megalopolis of Hydra Town.
The house manager will meet guests at the harbor on arrival in Hydra Harbor; a donkey to carry luggage to the house can be arranged. Payment for donkeys or water taxi to Kamini Harbor, however, is the customer’s responsibility and due at the time of service.
