A humble home for a father’s aunt over 60 years ago has grown over decades of loving expert design and care by that architect father into a multi-family dwelling of comfort, charm, and breathtaking views.
The house sits in the center of the amphitheater that is the town of Hydra, and overlooks the harbor, the nearby town of Kamini, the surrounding hillsides, and most spectacularly the sea and the Peloponnese beyond. An easy 15 minute walk up from the harbor, it offers a quick trip down to the sea.
The four-level house affords privacy and convenience to two families or one with friends, terraces for each time of day, including a covered one for outdoor living, dining and napping, all with panoramic views of the Hydra harbor, the neighboring village of Kamini, surrounding hillsides and most breathtakingly the sea and the Peloponnese beyond. The houses lowest level is a swimming pool for cooling off night and day in complete privacy.

Our agent meets you at the harbor when you arrive by boat, arranges a donkey for your luggage, and escorts you to the house, remaining on call to assist with questions and recommendations throughout your stay.
