Located just a few minutes’ walk from Kamini Harbour, this lovely stone home offers sea views from a private terrace, a sauna and jacuzzi, and an outdoor barbeque. Sea swimming is steps away, as are four tavernas and two grocery shops. One can reach Hydra Port, Kamini Harbor, and Kamini’s local beach from Villa Pegi without having to negotiate more than a few stairs—ideal for families with young children or those who’d like to avoid steep climbs.
The house consists of two bedrooms and a salone (living/sitting area) with fireplace. The master bedroom with lovely valley views from the double bed has a gorgeous en suite bathroom with full sauna and stone tub and shower.
Villa Pegi’s namesake
The lounge consists of two canapes, or traditional built-in sofas, which can double as additional sleeping space; double doors lead out to the shaded balcony and upper terrace with panoramic sea and valley views.
The second bedroom consists of one double bed and a twin bed, sleeping up to three people. Stairs lead down to a modern, fully equipped kitchen with large dining area. A second bathroom and laundry room with washing machine are located off the kitchen in the courtyard.
The large, walled courtyard consists of a built-in barbeque and outdoor jacuzzi, as well as plenty of seating space.
Both bedrooms have air conditioning and television, and there is a stereo in the living room. Nearby tavernas provide free WiFi access.
