House Description
This beautifully restored, traditional Hydriot stone villa has belonged to Christina’s house for six generations. It has two floors: a first floor with a small veranda and a second floor with a big veranda, with views of the town, the port, the sea, and the Peloponese. The view of the sunset is fantastic!

The Space
The apartment has a brand-new kitchenette, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two twin beds, and a bathroom. All rooms provide access to an enormous, sun-drenched terrace with panoramic sea and mountain views. The sunsets are fantastic.
There is also a single bed in the kitchenette area. If you need more space, rooms are available in the main house. Please ask for availability and rates.
Guest Access
The house is steps from the port, with about 30 odd stairs to reach the house. Guests enter the property through a small courtyard, which leads back into a walled garden, planted with trees and flowers. Stairs immediately to the right of the entrance lead up to the apartment.
Interaction with Guests
Christina will be in the main house during your stay and available to answer any and all questions, address any issues, or prepare breakfast, if you like, for an additional €8 per person.
The Neighborhood
The house is very close to the port,so guests have access to bakery,restaurants,bars,museums,art galleries,shops,banks,water taxis,horse riding and only 15 min walk to Spilia beach.
Getting Around
You can buy fish from the fishing boats,climb up to the monastery,take a boat to distant beaches and around the island.
Other Things to Note
We do have one very friendly dog, Millie, on the premises. She is lovely and no bother at all.
Christina is a dancer and a choreographer.She teaches a very special floor-barre workout,for those who want to keep fit and feel great,on the terrace with the sunset.
There is air-conditioning in the bedrooms but not the kitchenette.
Cleaning is available during your stay for €10/hour.
The bedrooms each sleep two and the kitchenette sleeps one. There really is no extra room for additional guests in the apartment. If you need additional sleeping space, please talk to Christina about renting the first floor of the main house (which has independent access, just below the main terrace).
Pets allowed if well behaved. Smoking is allowed only on terrace outside the house.
Rental Rates
Low Season:
- €145 for up to four people per day
- €215 for up to six people per day
- €360 for up to ten people per day
High Season:
- €200 for up to four people per day
- €300 for up to six people per day
- €450 for up to ten people per day
Parties of fewer than four people considered on request.
Terms & Conditions: 50% deposit to hold the booking; balance due 8 weeks before arrival. Pets considered. Minimum say of five nights.
Cancellation: If you cancel at any point, we will do our best to find another booking for the same period and price; if we are successful, we will return any payments you have made.

Fitness with Christina
Christina Beskou is a dancer, choreographer, and instructor. For fitness-minded guests, she offers a simplified version of her Floor Barre, prepared in such a way that anybody can participate and benefit. Floor Barre classes, combining ballet, pilates, isometrics, relaxation, and special exercises for stretching using Thera bands, promote strength, muscle definition, flexibility, and injury prevention.
